Let's say my kid says, yo ma, I want to be a boy, and they were born a girl. I'd be like, you know what, I respect that, you can dress how you want to, you know what I'm saying, and explore that more, but we're not going to do anything permanently until you're an adult. I'm not going to be like, oh no, you're a girl, you gotta stay a girl. No, it's like, nah, you know, we can work around the parameters, but you ain't taking no pills and you ain't getting no surgery until you're an adult.

I agree with you 100%. Maybe it's not a popular opinion nowadays. It is what it is. In my household, I will help educate my child for the decisions that they make, but the transition and going forward with the step-by-step to make a permanent decision, I will not condone in my household. I will encourage them to wait until they are an adult.
