Okay, honestly, like getting it out of the way is the right idea, but the later it is, I feel like that emptier it is. Like no one's gonna be going to the gym at 12 in the morning, but people will be at the at 6 in the morning, you know?
Yeah, definitely early session man. Just get out the way, get the endorphins kicking out at the beginning of the day. Then you're good to go man. Late sessions is just the team where you can't do it early in the morning, just get it back
I prefer early. I feel like then I have the rest of the day to kind of do whatever I want and then it kind of motivates me to keep you know nutrition wise the rest of the day doing good because like I already worked out.
Early gym sessions are the greatest because they give you the boost of energy to start your day. Late gym sessions shouldn't really be going too late unless it's like you've been too busy during the day to go early.
