Okay, here's my thoughts on this. It should matter how much is being generated in the line of work that you're in to base how much you make. It definitely should matter how much is being generated altogether. I also believe in paying people fairly, but I don't believe in fair pay being gender specific either, if that makes sense. Peace! Yeah, I agree with this wholeheartedly. I think also when it comes to the quote-unquote pay gap, I think that a lot of people want equal outcome versus equal opportunity and I think that that's really stupid and kind of puts chains on women's backs as well. So this whole argument just falls on its face as soon as you add a little bit of logic and understanding to the conversation.
