Ideally earbuds, but damn it sometimes I'd be reckless with mine and I just lose one and that's the most annoying shit to me because you can't just replace one you feel me you've got to buy a whole new unit at that point but I still think they're superior

I'm a wired earbud when I'm recording like a multitrack or something but I'm wired headphones when I'm listening back after my recording session is complete.

To be honest, I'd wear both, but if I had to make a choice, it would be the wireless earbuds.
