It's a skirt. So a sarong is a wraparound skirt or there's tube styles too. I guess it's more common with Southeast Asian people so maybe you haven't seen it before.

For that there, for the sarong, for the guys, there's a few ways to wear it. Me, preferably, I like to tie mine off to the side, the left side, and it's quick and easy. But yeah, I like the pattern there, pretty cool pattern, love the colors.

So the fabric I'm holding is a sarong or a common in other cultures. It's a wraparound skirt. It's pretty common in Southeast Asia so I'm guessing you've never heard of it and you didn't add anything productive.
