So my toddler has really been liking her waffles or fruit salty like a chocolate chip or a blueberry waffle and then cut up some bananas or apples or berries for her she also likes sausage for breakfast that's about it
So my daughter is not a big waffle fan. She's just very picky. There's just good days and bad days but I'm just going to keep trying and get some ideas like off-tick talk or Pinterest or just anything that other moms recommend.
So one of the big things that I always encouraged with my kids was not to get locked into pancake swathful cereal like breakfast food. You know what I mean? So So we did a lot of different things.
We did a lot of different things like eggs inside like a cookie cutter cut out of toast, like eggs in a nest is what we called it, or you know fresh fruit. I just made it fun.
Yeah, I definitely think you have a point on making things fun, like using the cookie cutters to make different shapes and I guess that will attract the child to want to eat and try different things.
For sure I also had it like with my kiddos where if it was like trying something new they needed to take from 1 to 2 thank you bites and if they didn't like it because of texture or whatever I didn't make them eat it because I know I was forced to clear my plate as a kid and it affects me to this day
We usually do a lot of yogurt and fruit and waffles but I'm also looking to mix it up I if you have a Pinterest account I highly recommend looking at Pinterest there are so many good like toddler and baby friendly breakfast ideas so yeah
I don't know how I forgot about Pinterest. I always use Pinterest for different ideas and I did not use it for this. So it's kind of crazy to me, but thank you so much for sharing this information. I will definitely look into it
Yeah of course it is honestly such a help for sure to like I just like search like toddler friendly food ideas or foods for picky eaters and it gives so many ideas like it helps with honestly anything you need for sure
My son has autism so generally we always stick with the same thing. There's always sausage with it. Sausage is I know a go-to for him that I know he will eat. But then generally I'll do like eggs or pancakes or...
So I saw this cute little hack are you take an egg and freeze it and then slice it up and then fry the egg and it gives you like a bunch a little mini eggs I thought they were so cute
Oh I don't have any children are toddlers but I will say a breakfast idea for tall is Adam's mini pancakes or French toast sticks cut up with some eggs and strawberries Delicioso
