the material at least once make sure you understand it all get it down to 10% of the size of the material you're studying on a note sheet then reduce that note sheet ten times again you should be able to review everything over and over quickly at the final

Tell you the truth, the only thing that gets me through my laziness is taking a micro dose of mushrooms. Um, literally the only way I can do my dishes. Studying productivity wise, I'd say it's if you're in the mindset and you take it.
