Okay. I just want to know what everybody thinks. Um, so what do you do to stop your mental breakdown or to prevent it from going worst?

First thing I would always advise speak to a mental health professional seek their advice, speak to loved ones as well make sure that they know where you're at and friends and be kind to yourself.

My advice to you is to just let it all out. Just cry it out because you can't just keep it forever. It's bad to keep it inside. And also, write it down. Write what you're feeling and talk to yourself.

Number one thing is music. Number two thing is dancing. You put those together. Um, I would do self-care, whether it's face-care, affirmations, um, and things like that.

I would suggest playing like nature sounds like rain or something and trying to mentally go into a happy place and just practice breathing exercises.

I guess to add on to this, because I've been having these breakdowns and I kind of want to get other people's opinion because I have a very different way of dealing with it.

I write out a fake conversation with an imaginary character in which I affirm the way I'm feeling and start to describe ways that I could feel better or distract myself in the moment.

Okay, so what I do is I go out even if I feel lazy and not doing it, I force myself to do it so I won't feel anxious and I will feel better.

I usually wash my hands or just take a bath. I just want something flowing cold flowing into my skin. I don't know why. Yeah.

So as someone who's been in therapy since I was 10 years old, I've been in therapy pretty much my whole life, um don't stop it. I know that sounds crazy but your body is reacting because it needs to react, it needs you to do something.

So anxiety attacks, panic attacks, even pseudo seizures, these are all indications that your body has come to its limit and that's okay. So if you need to sit down and cry about it, let it, let your body X.

Our biggest problem as a society is that we're like, we, I don't have time for a breakdown. I don't have time to get help. No, no, no, you need to because your body will make it for you if you don't. So remember to breathe and ground yourself.

Let your body go through the range of emotions. Don't hold on to them. Just let them go through your body. Are you sad? Cry. Are you angry? Scream in a pillow. But you need to let those emotions out in a healthy way.

Usually I just go to sleep and the next morning I'll feel pretty good and I will also tell myself everything is gonna be okay or I watch tarot card videos not for future prediction but for some assurance.
