do you guys have a specific night time routine you like to flow through? personally lately I've been watching way too much media like before bed like my favorite Netflix show a movie this that and it's just I'm falling asleep to fucking a screen and I'm over it I have an idea of what I would like to flow into my night time routine but I would love to get inspired by your own so do Do you guys have a night time routine? Do you have things that you love to do before bed? If so, give me some ideas and drop them down below.

My night routine piece is prosperity. You already know the vibes. I watch YouTube too dang much. That's my night routine and strolling on the internet. I need to get better, yeah.

I don't have a nighttime routine, however, my nutritionist told me that I need to start taking melatonin. So I guess that will be part of my routine now.

Mine's nothing crazy, but basically after I go to shower I will do my skincare routine. That's like three, four steps. and then I braid my hair and my journal and then I sleep.

Right now my night routine just consists of me like you know brushing my teeth and like doing my skincare and my vanity before I go to bed but I'm trying to incorporate my yoga stretches to just decompress.

I try to get off my phone at least 30 minutes before I go to sleep and then I recently bought a Kindle and that's been getting me to read way more out of being on my phone iPad doesn't work but Kindle it works so I read on like a double for I go to bed as well
