Fucking right, bro. Like, one of the best ways that I found for me personally to grow and evolve and elevate my mind and spirit is working out. Because you definitely got to be mentally tough to hack it on the physical level. Not to mention you get this crazy boost of energy and you feel good, you look good and you know, you're just at your absolute peak.

Damn, I can't even say absolute peak. Because even though, you know, you can always develop physically, but it's the mental that progresses way more than the physical. So yeah, not necessarily at the peak. Because when I exercise, I'm constantly in the zone of thinking, evolving, calculating, analyzing. So I'm always learning something.
