I know that after a long workout, sometimes the last thing you want to do is go and sweat more, but I just wanted to say I love the sauna. The sauna has so many health benefits. It can elevate your mood as well as boost your immune system. And it gives you the ability to slide some of that water weight off. So how do you feel about the sauna? Grandpa,是啊.

The sauna after a long work out is the best thing it relieves you in so many ways and also gets rid of so many toxins and negativities pulls it all out of your body that's why sweating is good is everything built-up is pulled out when you sweat so I'm yay for the sauna

I love the sauna as well. That's why I actually have a home sauna right here in the house because baby I need it I need it I love it I like it it's the bomb I love it

Oh my goodness, when I lived in the Tampa Bay area, I didn't mind the sauna after a nice swim in the cold pool or something like that. But now that I live in South Florida, all I have to do is step outside and I'm in a sauna. So yeah, nah, no need for a built sauna here in humid, hot South Florida. Step outside for five minutes. Same thing. It's the same thing. Love and light y'all.
