That drink is absolutely too sugary for me. I don't drink it at all. I've had it before. I don't like the taste. I know someone who drinks that on a regular basis. I would say they drink it daily or every other day and it blots them. It dehydrates them badly and it has caused them excessive weight gain so no, I definitely would not recommend drinking that.
