What are some exercises your little one can do if you can give me some suggestions

My two oldest love when I work out and they like try to mimic what I do But you know, my daughter goes to preschool and such so they have playtime they do all of that, but my kids like run around the house like crazy and We'll occasionally like we'll go for walks. They like that

Walking is a great idea with your little ones but if you want some thing that you can do from inside the house no matter what the weather is I recommend getting a mini trampoline this on Amazon or at Walmart and it's a good way for the little ones to get their energy out and get exercise

So my son is, he's watched somebody do a push-up and he thinks that's the coolest thing. So he's trying to do push-ups.

Definitely walking and just letting them run around especially like in big places like parks or the mall
