So I'm not a registered dietitian, so I'm not exactly sure what your goals are in terms of losing weight, maintaining weight or gaining weight, and also what your diet is like normally. Like if you're vegan or vegetarian or gluten-free, dairy-free, there's just so many different things. But I will say one thing that has really helped me was getting on Pinterest and trying to find a meal plan that worked well, and meal prep to my food to make things so much easier time wise as well.
