So I have an appointment with my mental health doctor for the first time today, and I don't know if I really want to spill like everything out It was my first time ever in my life ever like opening up about my mental health and like everything I've been struggling with so For me to confine in somebody that's a huge thing for me to do and I'm super nervous about it. I'm so unsure If I should talk about everything or like I don't know What are your guys's opinions? Have you guys kept going through this? And like what did you do? Did you just like open up about everything? Or did you kind of like take it step by step? I'm super new to this so I'm pretty nervous.
