I eat three times a day, not including snacks. I don't like to skip meals because I'm hungry all day. and I eat two or three snacks a day depending on how busy the day is.

Currently I've been eating twice a day with like soup in the middle I deafly think I should be eating more because I'll eat like a brunch at like 11 or 12 and then at like 2 o'clock I'll Holick soup and then around like four or five I'm like starving but I have dinner at seven so it's like hard for me to figure out what I want to add I should probably just eat regular lunch but I'm just being lazy
