Someone offered you a hotel a gas station or a new car lot to own and Ron which one would you choose and why

I feel like a car lot. I feel like there would be less things to go wrong with it. Whereas like a hotel, if anything breaks, you have more rooms to take care of, more employees that you have to hire. Gas station, I mean I guess I could do a gas station, But to me, having a car lot just sounds more my speed, I guess.

I feel like I would run a hotel because gas and like cars obviously this would happen in the near future but like they could potential he just got a style like we could somehow transition to a carless lifestyle but hotels like they give people a place to stay like shelter food and stuff and I feel like there's a lot more like profit to come off of it especially if it's in like a touristy area
