Do you prefer going gym in the morning or the evening? For me personally I love going in the morning like it means it's out of the way. I can start my day on such a like a really high boost and yeah like it's just such motivation like listening to my track music and and get in my day right.

Me personally, I prefer going to gym probably in the evening but I can't lie I don't mind a morning session here and there but more time in the evening still. it doesn't matter
