Happy Monday, StereoFam! Next, start the wake-up on a positive note by talking about mindfulness. How do you practice mindfulness in your daily life? Do you have a meditation routine or do you practice mindfulness in other ways? Maybe you take a few deep breaths before starting your day, or maybe you like to take a mindful walk in nature. I personally love walking in nature, barefoot especially, feeling like I'm connected to the whole world and the universe, you know? But whatever your approach, I want to hear about it.
