Honestly I feel like it depends on how hard you're gonna go if you're like taking a few days off or if you're like consistently gonna be working out and if you're gonna be consistently working out I'd say maybe around two months and a half maybe if you're taking a bit more slower and you're not rushing things and I'd say probably three months and a half ish.
Me personally December Because when January comes everyone's lazy or they say that they're gonna get to it, but they don't So I would say December, get yourself ready.
feel like it can take people months to lose weight or weeks to months like it really depends um i wouldn't rush it you want to do it healthy you want to eat a good amount of food and work out purpose.
