Do you limit your screen time I am wondering this because this is something that I've been doing lately I've actually gone full days without going on my phone or like any device I'll purposely do this not because I want to like avoid people or anything like that it's more so so I'm just more in the moment and I want to be fully in the moment wherever I am and I don't want that distraction because I find my phone to be very distracting at times and I love just not being on it and almost acting like I don't even have a phone like it's a great thing to do and I found it to be very good for my mental health And adjust yeah it's just such a distraction for me and I'm wondering if you feel the same for you or is do you have a healthy relationship with your devices I feel like I kind of have been on them a bit more than I'd like to this winter now that the sunshine is out I am finding myself to be less interested on being on my devices and it's just more intentional when I am like I have intention every time I go on them and I'm doing certain things and then I'm off of them and I like that I'm really done with mindlessly scrolling so yeah that let me know how do you limit your screen time have you thought about this before and I am Yeah and tell me like if you have a what do you do like do you have a specific like do you time yourself you only allow your phone eats yourself you go on your phone for a certain amount of time or like do you use those I know there's like some thing on iPhone where it like will tell you once you've been on it for however long and I've never tried that out myself but yeah let me know

I'm a UGC creator, Amazon influencer, I have TikTok that I do. So I am on my phone quite a bit. When I'm off it, it's usually because I'm spending time with family. I also have a job that I work. Even what I enjoy doing, which is reading, I do that on my phone too.

I unfortunately don't look at my screen time because I feel like through TikTok and Instagram I'm like posting a lot on my commenting back on people and it's just like waste a lot of my time but I am enjoying not like saying that I don't enjoy it but there are times where I do kind of like totally OK let me just like not be on my phone but yeah

I haven't done that enough because I work from home and social media is a huge part of how I make a living working from home but I have to limit it. It really makes a big difference in cognitive and neurological health, sleep patterns and all the above the above so I'm going to start setting myself limits and just be more efficient.
