So I was just thinking about how like I'm trying to make it a habit knock on my phone first thing in the morning which I've been better at but I was just wondering what does everyone do first thing in the morning I start work pretty early in the morning so I just get out of bed brush my teeth and start working but yeah I was just wondering
I used to have a habit of got my phone as soon as I woke up and now I just never do it because I got like I had a problem where every time I woke up I always have like disappointing news on text messages are stressful text messages so I wake up and be stressed so I stopped going on my phone I didn't even make it a habit just it was like my brain just clicked so I always just expect disappointing things to happen when I open my phone as soon as I wake up and I expect stress if I go on my phone as soon as I wake up
But as soon as I wake up I like drink water like I was have a bottle of water on my bedside or outside like literally freak out if I don't then I go brush my teeth and mouthwash and then I go get this ice roller for my freezer that I put in my eyes cause I get super puffy that I make coffee and breakfast and then I'll eat my breakfast and then watch TV and I won't go on my phone until after I'm done eating it's kind a like a reward for like having a good morning
To say the least, what I do when I first wake up is I say fuck the phone and say hi to the bong, step outside and smoke a bowl. That's what any pothead would do.
Oh I make my green smoothie juice that helps detox who is do that first thing in the morning and then actually no before I do that I do oil pulling so I did it for 10 minutes while I make my juice and then I brush and then I drink my juice
