My best remedy is Zicam the nasal swabs that you have to take it on the very onset of symptoms it still will help afterwards also echinacea is also very good

And I will say you can make a hot toddy it's just tea honey and some whiskey or bourbon or you can get some honey jack and basically use in the honey jack as the water

Echinacea tincture is good to help with your mean system but if you're stuffy put hot water does a little bit of sea so I am an inhaler and it listens mucus
