OK guys so I want to have a person that takes showers more than I do a bath but showers definitely are so beneficial healthwise literally whenever you are taking a soothing bath it activates your parasympathetic nervous system which causes relaxation and this reduces your stress levels ladies anyone who has kids or work a lot or you just have some type of EXID or depression or anything in the kind of ways down when you take you a bath a spiritual bath or a bath salt bath really get up in there and relax your mind clear your thoughts and allow yourself to be stress-free because reducing stress helps you live longer baby

Yes, I love baths. I'm never able to take them but yes they are so calming to me.

I take baths like once a week. It's amazing. I asked some CBD salts to it, bath salts to it, add some bubbles from Honest, that baby company, because it was gentle enough for a baby, it's gentle enough for an adult. And then I'll take out either a glass of wine, if not, I'll just have my iPad there and watch my favorite show

Oh wow, I didn't know there was a scientific reason behind it. I'm never really a bath person. I try. I just can't relax in there. My mind's too loud.
