OK so my question is how do you get over past trauma from a past relationship I know a lot of people go on medication go to therapy just kind of deal with it but I just want everyone's opinion and ideas and what not
My advice to that is probably if you have to see a therapist or really engage your feelings when you come to that traumatic situation and not allow it to affect your nice relationship and you know you learning to heal and talk about your feelings not like compartmentalizing them too much
If we were talking trauma I can't I don't think this would be my my my field of expertise that I've been heartbroken stubborn like traumatised I guess the best way to go about it personally I don't think trauma something you can most people can I should get away from forever right eventually maybe my most people can't buy the best way to go but yeah is occupy your mind with something that calms your mind you get me buy for me that the gym it's like chill me up a lot right that's just like myself
