Hi am so exhausted today I went to bed around 1230 which doesn't sound that late but like I normally go to sleep around 10 at the latest most nights I'm just like one of those people that need a lot of sleep so I went to bed around 1230 woke up at 6:30 and I just cannot get out of this exhaustion I've been busy doing stuff all day and I still I'm just like I can't do it I'm so tired is anyone else like that we're like you just need like a solid eight hours to function It just stinks because I have so much stuff I need to get done right now like so many things going on in my life right now and I'm like the only way I can do it is if I stay up really late and get up really early in the morning but I'm just so exhausted so I'm like maybe I can train my body like to see if that works it has anyone done that like try to survive on six hours are used to be able to do it I mean like in college I probably got like four hours tops every night and I totally was fine now it's like I can barely function with sex anyways any chips chips what do you do to help Stay up or get up really early because I I just I Gotta do it so I can get a sixpack
