Hey guys, so I want to know if you usually do your workouts during the weekdays more or the weekends more because I feel like everybody's different. Everybody schedules a little different. Sometimes, you know, there are weekend warriors and then sometimes there are people that just get it done during the week. I definitely am more of a person that does it pretty much primarily during the week and then the weekends I don't, I usually rest but every once in a while I will go on the weekend too. So yeah, let me know. What do you usually do?
