So I've been working out for three years but I've always like prior to this year I was scared of using certain machines and one of those were hack squat because I never seem to get it right even though it seems so simple I just hurt a lot and I thought I look stupid doing it but this year I figured it out and now I do it every day so I come along way so what is one of the machines that you guys are scared to try the gym
For me personally wouldn't be a machine it be a movement so a clean clean and jerk and then overhead press on the same time score yeah those for me just because of places flexibility very very dicey very tricky
