I wonder if ghost and spirits are the same thing and if so then if you don't believe in ghost do you don't believe in spirits I'm just trying to figure out what goes in spirit so the same thing

I believe in ghosts because one time when I was like 10 years old, I woke up in the middle of the night and I heard this really deep voice tell me, open your eyes, there's someone behind you, open your eyes. I could even feel their breath, it was like a really warm breath. I opened my eyes, looked behind me, nobody was there. I was terrified.
