So I would much rather do intermittent fasting. I think it's easier once you get it down the first week or so. It's not too bad you get in like a routine and it's not really that bad for you, giving your body a time to rest in between eating. I like to do 12 hours on, 12 hours off, but yeah keto is just not good for you. You're taking out a whole macronutrient that we as humans need to eat to survive. So yeah, intermittent fasting.
