So lately I've just been super like overstimulated and just had a lot going on and we didn't get out of the house Monday or Tuesday. So I decided to take the boys out of the house today and I brought a bluetooth speaker to the park and we just went for a walk and they loved it. We played some of their favorite songs. We played red light, green light and now we are sitting at the park having lunch. But I want to know what do you guys do when you're overstimulated and you just need to relax or just need a break or to change the scenery, but you stop the kids with you. What do you do?
