Do you guys drink during your workout I've heard that BC double A's are really good I have tried but I'm not sure if they have any nutritional value or am I just drinking expensive water I'd love to hear your thoughts

Personally I usually just drink water during my workouts but sometimes I will drink busy is afterwards Just to kind of help my muscles recover quicker but I rarely do drink those

I usually just drink water during my workouts or like I'll have a Celsius or some coffee beforehand But BCAAs are great for recovery and muscle recovery So you can drink that at any time or after your workouts But maybe what I would suggest adding in is like an electrolyte mix that is low in sugar So I drink those liquid IVs or those element tea packets and those are really good for rehydration.

That's really helpful. Thank you so much. I will be I usually drink VCDLA's if I need rehydration but I guess that's not they don't really have a little wax in them. Great, thank you.

Whenever I work out, I drink water. Before my workout, I take pre-workout, and then after I will normally do like a shake or something.

I'm literally just drinking water at the moment if you have any recommendations that you know help you perform better hope you get through your work out with more energy then let me know but you had a moment it's just water

This is something that I'm not very educated on and that I'd like to be more educated on I have always seen those kind of things in like health food stores when I like I buy a an energizer like a pre-workout kind of thing for my health food store app but that's like all that I buy so I do you know I do that I drink that before my work out but I definitely want to look into other things and why they're important

I just drink lots and lots of water, keep refilling it during the workouts. I mean in between workouts.

Yeah, to be honest, I only drink water, which is dehydrated. Even before I don't take any free work out. Sometimes I might have a coffee like an expresso, and 30 minutes later I'll go to the gym. Otherwise you can also get flavor with war like add some lemon to your war or something

I don't drink actually anything fancy or something with energy like I just plain and simple drink water. I don't feel the need to, maybe I should give it a try though.

I'm during the workout I'll probably drink just Waterboy usually before am I really wanna get the most of my workout or drink a pre-workout
