Any mommas know how to expand their kiddos food variety. My son is down to very limited foods and I've been trying to get him to try different things but he's just telling me where to go.
My son basically eats everything now like including veggies like all kinds of veggies and fruits and he'll eat tomatoes by the handfuls is that I involved him even from a small age so I would have him in the kitchen with me like watching and then as he got older because I've been passion about health and wellness you would hear the conversations that I would have and I would really talk to him about the benefits of eating certain foods and I would you know try different creative ways to incorporate these different healthy foods and so for the most part he eats pretty much anything now
And I also had to set clear boundaries at the end of the day I was the parent and I didn't want him to dictate what he would eat because then at the end of the day he would just end up eating a lot of processed foods because of the ways that our brains are wired to in a gravitates or sugary carb carb foods so you know I would empower him to make better choices I would eat with him and then as he got older I would actually involve him in the cooking process so it was more of a fun thing so if you keep yourself creative and fun don't give up it can work
Mention this because I was actually in the process of just like thinking like OK I need to get my son exposed to like as much food as possible because I was told that around age of two so that they get very picky and like if you introduce him to a lot of food before then you have like a good chance I don't want like they'll still eat Other foods even though they're pick them up
So I started giving my kids literally every single food at a superduper young age like seven months or so just a little bit of everything and my daughter is 2 1/2 now and I will say she is picky though and I tried everything she won't answer things but it's like someday she will someday she won't so maybe try introducing different foods in different ways if they don't like it the first time try a different way It's hard though kids are really stubborn and they want their way
