I know this reply is months after the fat, but I just wanted to let you know that I suck at water fasting. I had to give that shit up. It just didn't work. I had to find other ways to lose weight, which is basically exercising and calorie counting. And yes, a little bit of fasting too, just not water fasting. I just don't eat until later in the afternoon, and that's been working out much better for me. Matter of fact, I've lost.
