I think you can as long as this like as long as you're not doing short sessions like repeatedly I mean even if you are you can still see results where they're not going to be as good as long sessions but if it's just like you do a short session once every two months or whatever it's fine.

Shorter as in like timewise and yes if you do something like a hit workout what is HHHIIT Dusica really like the type of work when you exert like a lot of energy and a lot of effort to like short intervals of time Actually really good for my cardio so I'm alive you are you got a try like I don't know when you can see results on but yet you will definitely see it like soon

Yeah, definitely 45 minutes is not like short or anything either as the shortest maybe like 15 or 30 you actually That's a pretty good workout time It all like depends on the intensity of your workouts and all that because I feel like as long as it hurts and you feel just tired as hell after I think any workout is good. any duration of work out I mean. You're good, bro.

I want thing I would say something is always better than nothing and 45 minutes is even a good amount of time to to do a session anyway I feel like you don't have to do any more than 45 to like an hour and a half tops so yeah you can definitely still get results from shorter sessions you disco make sure that the intensity is there and you're doing the right things last in training
