I would say China because it's a bigger country it has a lot of food options I've never been there but I'd rather China

I've visited both countries but I lived in China and just visited Korea for a couple days. I was in Seoul.

I would personally take China because it's much bigger, there's a lot more going on, there's a lot more travel options, but Korea is nice too. You might be a better fit for you. The food is great there. food is better in Korea.
