We all have had that toxic friend or family member that always tries to put you down. How have you dealt with that or how do you deal with current toxic friends or family members? I just don't think whatever, type whatever is a personal. And if they are somebody that I can turn off, I just cut them off. But if they're all around I just literally ignore them

So I think for me, um, at least family, it's sort of, we can't really avoid them as much, but I think as long as you're far away don't really interact with them. I mean why just bye bye, you know friends too

I honestly just try to ignore it and like not talk to them honestly so I toxic friends I honestly just cut them out and like family members I feel like I can't get them out as much because obviously I'm gonna see them at reunions and stuff but I just avoid that bird

What I do is I basically set boundaries with them. I try to, you know, let them know that their behavior affects me and if they don't understand.

Basically, I will stop talking to them. I'm not going to waste my energy trying to convince someone that they are acting wrong.

I agree with you, I think setting boundaries is good. Also, not wasting your time trying to convince them that they're acting wrong. I think it's good to tell them once or maybe twice, but if they keep on doing that, I don't know. But yeah, but the English and English are the same time with that.

Honestly, I would just ignore them and move on.

Just ignore them but I know that would be easier if you do just let them know how you feel and maybe you want that when you deploy

It would be so much easier to communicate that and have an effective conversation. But sometimes some people just, I don't know, like they think that you are attacking them or they feel offended when they shouldn't feel the way. I think it's good to listen to the other person and not do whatever, you know, it's I guess making the other person feel in a negative way.
