So my doctor told me to start drinking loose teas not using teabags I mean make sense why but I am I've never done easier to just use teabags I think I'm gonna start switching over just because I'm trying to be careful with my my body and not a crazy difference but I think if he's suggesting it and I just want to do it

I've never done that either but it is a good idea. I just love how convenient teabags are but I remember my mom uses loose tea and she likes and a lot better.

both. I use tea bags more because I'm lazy but I know that loose tea is healthier than tea bags.

I use tea bags. I haven't gone through the process of buying loose leaf and then buying that you know that thing you put the tea in. I feel like it's just something else to have to, I don't know, keep track of.

I actually drink both in for loose tea you can just grab your stuff from TJ Maxx and there's like a cute little thing that you can use to steep your tea

I have used both but I used teabags more because it's just harder to get some like loose tea leaves although I do want to completely switch to loose tea.
