Do you meditate are you not getting what you would like to out of meditation I would like some advice I have over 20 years of practice meditating and teaching so ask me some questions

I don't meditate. I feel that it's not conducive for me because I'm super anxious and when you you circle of anxiety, the last thing you need to do is just be stuck in your thoughts alone.

You can focus on how different styles of breathing change how you feel and I had to focus on the mind or thoughts if those aren't working for you
