Do you know what I just saw I was like people walk all over me until recently this year I did some a lot of self reflecting and I no longer let people take a vantage of me and using abuse me in any way shape or form

Right like as I've gotten older I realize that I have to set boundaries like I can't just feel a certain way and then say something else like a half in that moment set a boundary or others are just gonna always control

I agree 100% don't let people mess with you it is a new day it's a new dawn is a new day is a new life for me and I'm feeling good

I absolutely love this statement. In the past I've let people walk all over me whether it was in work or relationship or you know friends. Yeah, no more to any of that and I love standing up for myself and those around me.
