It's crazy to think that cereal has been around since the start of COVID-19. Now a lot of things have changed. A lot of people call it old stereo versus new stereo. But what are some things that you really think would push stereo forward if they were to give us some things we want in the app as users and content creators.
I honestly think stereo so you some of the people that's already driving on this ad to promote the app because they know the app is not trying to bring these people and I don't even know the culture about stereo it's crazy
Definitely. I think there are so many ways that you could help promote Serio. And I also think like the biggest thing is the community piece because people are really intentionally building community.
I think the stereo needs to focus more on the rooms again and the live shows because the soundbites while they're great you can tell people of being redundant and just now they're posting GIFs of shit they don't even matter so yeah
I definitely agree with you on that. I think the long format with the live shows was really what made them great But I also think it got a little bit redundant with people not being as innovative and doing repetitive things so it happened.
If possible, I think if they could bring back some kind of incentive to bring back the traction and engagement. Also really focusing on community. I think that's an element that's really missing that they really had
Yeah where is the book live shows I had a book club on here with that, it's life and Tony pyjamas off those were the days this guys is still around and will talk Greg hit me up
I think it's a matter of weighing the redundancy because the redundancy now is converge on painful you know do you like pants or shorts right rather than some tops on whatever anyway it'll balance out
So great question. I think there may be a chat box for the shows as well so people could like put the comments in the chat box in addition to the voice messages. And also I agree with TwiXI, you know the people who've been here the longest who who have really built the app should be the face terms of promotion for the app.
Certainly, and you've been around for a while. We never had a show, but I definitely know your content. I think that community is going to be key with driving them forward and I'm I'm actually always advocating for this, So hopefully they'll listen.
Yeah people been promoting stereo whether it was through TikTok Instagram you know just going on different platforms and recruiting people who is been happening for two years now
I definitely think it's cool, but like I've said in previous responses to other soundbites that have been left, although something is great, I think they still can go further. That's just because creativity and exploration with technology is endless.
It depends of how much time you've been in the app for the ones that are new they find the app so interesting but for the ones that have been here for a long time
There are so many different ways that Sierra LeCue grow this app, not sure of the direction, but I definitely think that listening to the people use the app will help put them in the right direction.
Yes, this platform certainly has come a long way, but with all things, I still think there room to explore. Not so much that there's something to improve, but just something simply to explore.
I actually didn't know this app has been around for that long so thank you for sharing that I really do love the app already I like the functionalities I love how different it is from other social media platforms I do think the layout is a little bit childish
I do think the layout is a little bit childlike so I think an updated interface might be helpful to attract people to the app as well this 15 limit is 52nd limit need to go
The layout is a little bit childish, the avatars are a little bit childish, and I think that's why a part of their audience is gravitating towards stereo, not knowing that this platform is actually not for the younger audience.
I appreciate that it's simplified but the avatar piece I think if they looked a little more adult-like they have like the very soft faces which soft faces are associated with being very youthful And so a lot of children are popping on the app, not knowing that this is
But even so, I still manage to find people like you to engage with that are interesting and are are doing amazing things in life. So it's a win-win, even though that can make you a little bit annoyed.
No, I agree and it's been lovely to find individuals like you on this app as well. I did get a bit confused when I saw younger people and the whole rape me and I was just like this map is a bit confusing but I do like it.
So I'm fairly new to this in the last few weeks only. And we're shocked that I've been around for so long. The first thing I need is definitely longer response times than 15 seconds. I'll revolutionize my usage.
20 to 30 seconds would be a game changer. I think like they want you to leave like a thread of sound bites and that's probably like their intention but it could be a bit cluttered so So yeah, I definitely would appreciate longer soundbites.
I think people do want to play messages, but you also want to put out the content that you intended to put out. So trying to balance that can be a bit hard. Some people have definitely got better at it, but it's learning her for sure.
