No, I eat gluten and I eat dairy but one time when I did the whole 30 I realized that I I realized that I really didn't need dairy in my diet, but I did slowly add it back and I do enjoy it.

Okay once upon a time I actually used to eat gluten-free everything because I swear when I was eating gluten-free stuff my period cramps like non-existent like I was crazy

Yes, that's why I eat gluten and dairy free because I have really bad periods and and it really does help with the inflammation.
