To be honest, I prefer tea because it makes me more energetic than coffee because when I drink coffee, it makes me more sleepy. It doesn't even wake me up night at all.

see it it's hard to pick between the two but personally tea because it's more versatile you know you can have green tea, caramel tea, there's numerous different teeth.
