As a mom, I know I'm pretty sure most of you have been overstimulated at least once. And one time I was overstimulated and I noticed that I don't know how to regulate my emotions. Not all the time, but mostly when I'm overstimulated. and I just had to step back because I was so overstimulated but I just I want to know if you guys have any other advice on how to um regulate your emotions as an adult that way your child learns how to also regulate theirs.

So for me like I definitely need to just like sit down and take a break because that's kind of like what I find myself doing is like you know getting overstimulated by trying to do too many things like at once or like going back-and-forth

I think probably going off for a walk or just kind of doing something that you actually enjoy and like I think that kind of helps.

Oh, my eyes be extremely emotional when I was younger. And it takes a lot of time for you to mellow out. You just gotta mature and get older. You know, I mean, don't be frustrated with yourself. big thing. Emotions are human.

I'm not a mom but I definitely get overstimulated with all the things that I got going on and I know maybe you heard this before and you can be oh yeah this again but taking a deep breath, you stop being aware of the now.

Training your brain to be positive is easier said than done but once you start looking at losses as lessons and gets a little easier honestly some people just need professional help though
