What is holding me back is that I always want to be a perfectionist. And that is the main issue that I have, not that I don't have the skills or the abilities, it's just that sometimes I doubt myself and I want to be perfectionist.

I started to take actions like before I just used to say that I want to do this I want to do that with no actions at all but now I started to do things and it's going pretty well for me

Basically, my dreams are achieving some certain level in my career and just making sure that my family is set up for life and I'm taking care of them. That's all.
