Well we all know that Pilates and bar are the con fitness classes that are really in right now in this season I wanna know if you have participated in either of these classes what benefits have you noticed in your overall health since starting I really just I'm not even trying to know what it is but if there is benefits to it then like I'm down to try it and it seems like everybody's liking it

I've tried a little bit of Pilates but only at home so I haven't used any of the machines. I've actually done what is similar to it It's kind of like wall Pilates so I use a wall and then it kind of duplicates a similar effect to doing Pilates professionally in a gym.
