Congratulations on your new fitness journey. Why don't you ask if you can talk to a trainer there and tell them your goals. Like, you know, by this month I want to end up at this weight or I want to be healthier.
Yo, that's what's up. Been in the gig since I was 25 years old. Hitting the gym is only 25% of your goal. The other 75% is making sure that you eat and rest adequately. First, begin with adjusting that and then get your gym shit together. You do well.
That's awesome I definitely hope that it's going well for you and honestly would suggest if you have an already talk to one of the trainers at your gym and they would definitely be able to guide you in the right direction as far as your goals and definitely don't forget to rest when needed
