Guys, your mental health is as important as your physical health. So, never neglect your mental health. You should do things to make you feel more calm and peaceful. I know you can't stay away from the situations and things that are stressful. Sometimes they are like a part of your life, like your job, your family members, your friends. You see them every day, you go to work every day. Sometimes school can make you like, so stressful, exams and things like that. But you should do things that make you happy and make you calm. You should go out for a walk, you should do yoga if you have freedom. Instead of watching news, you should watch news but not too much. Because watching news can make you feel scared and gives you anxiety. Like recently I was watching too much news and it gave me anxiety. Because there is a lot of bad news out there. Recently a lot of shootings happening and murders and all those bad people guys. And you should eat super healthy food like home cooked meals. You can have a cheat day once a week. But mostly you should try to eat healthy green vegetables and stuff like that. And you should go to sleep on time. You should put your devices before going. You shouldn't be watching your TV or using your screen one hour before going to bed. Because it can mess up with your sleep.
