Two things I became very consistent with in the past three months Number one, first thing when I wake up, I read my Bible Second, the gym or something physical 90% of the time it's the gym or I take a walk or I jog Other things I could do a lot more better, such as business But I think it's my season to kind of back off to entrepreneurship And just focus on like my physical and my mental Yeah, just sharing my experience, my journey with you guys Hope all is well, happy Thursday
