I personally think that a joke can be inserted anywhere at any time. Nothing is off limits. Anytime a mood can be lightened, there's nothing too serious to make it become a little more light hearted. Like, yes, there's inappropriate jokes and things that are like in bad taste, but I believe an in-good taste, lighthearted comment can be made even in the worst of times.

I 100% agree, and I do think that every single joke can be, like every single thing can be made into a joke, every topic. But that doesn't mean there's not shit that crosses a line, but you can joke at a funeral who fucking cares.
